Once again, we at Scuba Dynamics bring you our greetings for the month of October in form of our monthly newsletter.

In this issue, we are happy and proud to announce that the Grand Prize for the months September / October 2009 has been won by one of our lucky participants. Winner and details of this prize will be posted on our website on Tuesday, 13th October 2009, when the random draw for a winner takes place. That means if you haven’t submitted your details for our monthly raffle, do so TODAY and who knows? YOU might just be that lucky winner of our first Grand Prize.

With this mailer we also, and quite sadly, announce that our local diving season for 2009 has drawn to a close and with that, we are having our Season Finale’ cum Project AWARE trip from the 23rd to 25th October 2009. What makes this trip even more exciting is that not only do you get to do four boat dives (3 leisure + 1 Project AWARE dive), you will be getting your daily breakfast, packed lunch on diving days PLUS, with kind compliments of our supporter, Sutra Beach Resort and Spa, a dinner AND a BBQ dinner on the last night in conjunction with the closing ceremony. Remember that all this is on top of the great time that you will have there, official recognition from the World Project AWARE Organisation plus ALL participants, diving or non diving will also get a goodie bag and more….

Sounds interesting? Register today as places are limited and we do need to finalise arrangements for your stack of goodies and *hint* *hint*…tell the Sea Horses to make an appearance on that one Sea Horse Hunt dive :-)

With that, we also announce that we will not be taking in any sign up’s for local diving courses due to the annual north east monsoon but we are accepting candidates for our non diving courses, from those who would like to start their courses soon and complete it when the new season starts or start the course here in KL and complete it at our sizzling hot “monsoon season” destination, Ko Lanta, off Krabi in South Thailand and yes, details of this is also on our website.

Talking of our website, did you know that this has been fully updated and new information, destinations and products have been posted as well? If not, do pay us a virtual visit and join the list of early birds who have already benefitted from their web surfing, especially in form of our recently restocked shelves with a host of diving equipment, accessories, toys and gadgets at 2009 prices.

There will be a nice and comfortable sized group leaving Kuala Lumpur with your truly to the awesome Pulau Weh this Wednesday and we are all looking forward to this trip as this when the seas there are at its best with the turn of the oceanic underwater currents that traditionally brings us a host of amazing marine life.

We are also extremely happy to announce the latest addition to our team, Andy, who joined us just a week ago. Andy, who is 100% Malaysian, comes with vast experience and a wealth of experience in Management and Marketing and as such, we are confident that Andy will be an invaluable asset to us here in Scuba Dynamics, YOUR favourite dive centre in Malaysia. For those of you who are curious, please give us a couple of days to post his profile up on the website and then do join him in his furious passion for Paint Ball and Scuba Diving. Welcome on board Andy.
